Returns & exchanges are not possible on custom printed fabric.

If you have any concerns about your order please contact me immediately. I would like you to be completely happy with your purchase. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with the fabric you ordered, please contact me. A replacement order may be printed if there are faults with the material or printing.

Because all fabric is custom printed on demand just for you, it is not possible to exchange fabric for another print, colour or material.

I recommend ordering a SWATCH first if you're unsure about colour matching or type of material to use for your project.

Conditions of return for handmade (not custom printed) items

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs to my studio in Australia. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Fabric must be folded neatly and packaged safely (preferably within original satchel)

Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

You will need to contact me for my postal address.

A refund (minus any original shipping cost) is processed once the fabric return arrives in my studio and provided the item is in its original condition. 

I can only accept cancellations or an order alteration within 6 hours of an order being placed.

After this time it is highly likely your order is already printing and this automated process can not be stopped or altered.

I always highly recommend ordering a sample so you can try the fabric, print and colours before ordering yardage.

Reach out with a link to the fabric/print you would like and mention which print scale you would prefer (or tell me what you’re planning to make!) and I can help by providing a direct link to where you can order the sample.

Samples are printed on demand too! They are 8 × 8 inch squares.

Free shipping applies to fabric samples.

Sorry, at this point Spoonflower only allows ordering/printing in increments of full yards or metres.

If you would like to try two prints on the same fabric base and order these as two half yards (great when making swimwear!) this is certainly possible and I’m happy to help arrange this as a custom order.

Can I get a fabric pattern I like in another colour? Can you change the scale of the design for me?

Yes to both! 
I am happy to make simple adjustments to colours or the scale of any of my existing designs. You'll need to contact me BEFORE checkout to arrange any customization.
Once your order is placed the fabric will begin printing in as little as a few hours so it will be too late to make changes to the design scale.
